Advisor (technical) with 48 years’ experience in the field of Engineering and Tender Management looks after Tendering & Project Management of the firm.

Compliance with labour regulations : During continuance of the contract under taken by Mugrody Constructions, they shall abide at all times by all existing labour enactments and rules made there under, regulations, notifications and bye laws of the State or Central Government or local authority and any other labour law (including rules), regulations, bye laws that may be passed or notification that may be issued under any labour law in future either by the State or the Central Government or the local authority.

They shall keep the Client indemnified in case any action is taken against the Client by the competent authority on account of contravention of any of the provisions of any Act or rules made there under, regulations or notifications including amendments.

If the Client is caused to pay or reimburse, such amounts as may be necessary to cause or observe, or for non-observance of the provisions stipulated in the notifications / bye laws / Acts / Rules / regulations including amendments, if any, on the part of the Mugrody Constructions, Client shall have the right to deduct any money due to the Contractor including his amount of security deposit.

The Client shall also have right to recover from the firm any sum required or estimated to be required for making good the loss or damage suffered by the Employer.

Protection of Environment: The firm shall take all reasonable steps to protect the environment on and off the Site and to avoid damage or nuisance to persons or to property of the public or others resulting from pollution, noise or other causes arising as a consequence of his methods of operation.

During continuance of the works, the firm shall abide at all times by all existing enactments on environmental protection and rules made there under, regulations, notifications and bye-laws of the State or Central Government, or local authorities and any other law, bye-law, regulations that may be passed or notification that may be issued in this respect in future by the State or Central Government or the local authority.

Safety Rules: The firm shall be responsible to follow all safety rules and aspects at site during the course of construction of the work and shall be responsible for the full safety of the workers working at site.

Roads & Bridges :
Newly constructed 168KM Rural roads under Pradhanmanthri Gram Sadak Yojana in D. K. District.
Constructed and maintained a total lenth of 89 KM of Rural Roads in Mangalore, Bantval, Sullia ,and Belthangady Taluks under Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana (Namma Grama Namma Raste).
National Highways Division Mangalore: Total 30.50 KM of Roads This included one work under CRF : Length : 18.50KM.
Bridges; We have constructed about 30 Bridges. Single largest work is Bridge across Phalguni River on NH 169 near Gurpur with 7 spans of 25M each resting on RCC pile foundation which has been completed ahead of Schedule.

Minor Irrigation Works :
We have completed Lift Irrigation Scheme at Sajipa Muda in Bantval Taluk. Two more Lift Irrigation Schemes are under construction in Shanthigodu Village of Puttur Taluk.
Developed Kula Tank in Bantval Tq. and improved Gurupur Anicut Channel in Mangalore Tq.
New Vented Dam at Mullarpatna in Bantval Taluk.

Drinking Water Supply Schemes :
We have completed Vented Dam across Gurupur River near Malavoor in Mangalore taluk to store the water for the proposed Multi Village Drinking water supply scheme to Malavoor & 10 other villages in Mangalore Taluk, The Vented Dam in all have 80 Vents of 1.50 M span and on completion can now store 12 Lakhs Cubic Meter of Water. The work commenced in March 2011 and completed in May 2013.
We have successfully completed Three Multi Village Drinking Water Supply Schemes.:
a) Malavoor & 10 other Villages in Mangalore Taluk : The Project included 6.0M dia. Jack Well, 5.00 MLD Water Treatment Plant ,6 Nos of Over Head Tanks with a total Storage Capacity of 10 Lakh Liter, Sump Tank with 10 Lakh Litre Storage Capacity, Raising & Gravity Pipe Line : Total Length : 88.31 KM. and Pumping Machinery of 534 HP.
b) Sangabettu & 65 other Habitations in Bantval Taluk : The Project included 6.0M dia.Jack Well, 5.30 MLD Water Treatment Plant ,3 Nos of Over Head Tanks with a total Storage Capacity of 9.75 Lakh Liter, Three Sump Tank with 9.50Lakh Litre Storage Capacity, Raising & Gravity Pipe Line : Total Length: 130 KM.and Pumping Machinery of 760 HP.
c) Sarapady & .other 95 Habitations in Bantval Taluk: The Project included 6.0M dia.Jack Well, 3.0M dia. Intake Well,5.28 MLD Water Treatment Plant 4 Nos of Over Head Tanks with a total Storage Capacity of 9.Lakh Liter, One Sump Tank with 10.00Lakh Litre StorageCapacity, Raising & Gravity Pipe Line : Total Length 161.35KM. and Pumping Machinery of 381 HP

New Works on Hand at Present :
New Building Works now awarded to Mugrody Constructions:
a) Construction of 500 Dwelling Units each at Mangalore and Udupi Slum areas (Total 1000 Houses).
b) Construction of Master Godown for Areca, Cocoa, Rubber and Pepper, at the Campco Limited Kavu, Mudnoor Village Puttur Taluk.
c) New Surgicasl Block at Govt. Wenlock Hospital in Mangalore- a six storied building.
We have now been entrusted with improvements of 35.26Km road in in Belthangady Taluk under Namma Grama Namma Raste Yojana Phase IV.
In addition, we have been awarded two works: one construction of a Bridge at Malavoor in Mangalore taluk & other at Mullarpatna in Bantval Taluk by State PWD.
We have also been entrusted with the work of Widening of NH-234(BC Road to Kottigehara) from KM20.150 TO KM 40 KM, Length - 19.85 KM.
We have been entrusted with Six major works in Mangalore Smart City Ltd including a new SURGICAL Block at Government Wenlock Hospital-a Six Storied Building.
